The L3 is our most unique package for the athlete who wants to achieve absolutely nothing less than maximum performance and results. Starting with an in-depth consultation, gathering information such as current level of fitness, past race performances, and existing injuries, we will set future goals. Next, we move to one of the most comprehensive fitness and skills tests on the East Coast which measures both aerobic capacity and sport specific economy. Utilizing AccuSwim™ we are able to analyze every component of the swim stroke identifying strengths and limiters. At this time, we also incorporate a swim test, consisting of a Lactate Threshold testing and compiling a swim pace chart. We are the first Multisport training company in the state of Florida to use the RETUL, which is a system that uses infra-red LEDs (light emitting diodes) placed on the body in specific skeletal locations. It is an active system, different from passive systems in that the tripod mounted LED sensor is tracking the light directly from the source (the LED diodes). Readings taken throughout the Dynamic 3D motion capture process are immediately processed and a report is generated. The software is designed specifically for bike fitting, finally making it possible to blend art and science achieving both power and comfort seamlessly. Also incorporated into the bike test are Spin Scan, Power Profile and Lactate Threshold testing to complete the cycling component. Utilizing AccuRun™ we are able to dissect running form, looking for areas to improve on running economy. The run component is comprised of a run fitness test, lactate threshold, and running pace chart. The last testing component is a full strength, flexibility test, basal metabolic rate (BMR) and body composition. From the information gathered, we are now ready to complete a meticulous periodization training plan with all considerations factored in. The finished training plan will include both aerobic/anaerobic and flexibility workouts. These workouts are specific to what training cycle you are currently in, as well as HR zones, Power zones (if applicable) pace charts and illustrations of anaerobic and flexibility exercises. Utilizing AccuSwim™ we are able to analyze every component of the swim stroke identifying strengths and weakness. At this time, we also do a swim test, and compile a swim pace chart. Utilizing AccuBike™ we look at your position on the bike to ensure proper fit and economy we also run Spin Scan and Power Profile complete the cycling component. Utilizing AccuRun™ we are able to dissect running form, looking for areas to improve on running economy. The run component is comprised of a run fitness test, lactate threshold, running pace chart, and training HR zones. The last testing component is a full strength and flexibility test, BMR and body composition. The L1 is our most unique package. It provides the athlete with direction and independence. Starting with a 30 minute phone interview, gathering information such as current level of fitness, past race performances, and existing injuries, we will set future goals. We give the athlete a complete periodization calendar, a break down of training hours and examples of key workouts for each training cycle. Utlizing our website and training software you can keep track of all workouts, including calculations of total hours, HR zones and nutrition. |
